Shipping Policy

We understand the urgency of product delivery and we strive to dispatch the product within 24 hours of your order. In case of unavoidable circumstances, we will dispatch latest in 3 working days. Kidss Talk only holds the responsibility of handing over the consignment to the courier company in max 3 working days of order placement and payment receipt. It will be in no case liable for the delivery delays made by the courier company.

We offer FREE delivery within 3 hours if location is within 3 Km of Chinna Chokkikulam or Bypass Kidss Talk stores. (Based on stock availability)

Outside of 3 Km Radius and within Madurai district

(Othakadai, Vandiyur, KMG Nagar, Mandela Nagar, Thiru Nagar, Thirupparankundram & Outskirts of Madurai)

1 day delivery with flat shipping charge of Rs.100

In other Metro cities

Delivery will take 3 to 6 business days.

Non-metros and Interiors

Delivery will take 4 to 7 days depending on the destination. For very remote destinations it might make take even a longer time.

 In other metro-cities & interiors

·         Standard shipping charge of Rs.100 for garments and small toys

·         Shipping charges for bigger items (Vehicle, Outdoor, Baby Furniture & Furniture) or bulk orders will be calculated upon query

·         We will try to dispatch item within 24 hours on working days.

·         Order will reach you within 3-6 days from dispatch.

·         Currently we do not deliver to locations outside India

  1. Our courier partner, will be able to deliver the shipment between Mondays to Saturday (excluding Public Holidays): 10 Am to 6 Pm. Some courier partner may deliver in Sunday too. 
  2. Address change will only be accepted if order has NOT been shipped from the warehouse.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities or unavoidable circumstances, though we will fully help in tracking the parcel if there is a problem from the delivry partner’s end.
