Since each product is exclusively curated with immense care and love, we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ORDERS ONCE PLACED & SHIPPED, WE ONLY OFFER REPLACEMENT. If for any reason you wish to cancel the order, we are here to help.

• Customer can cancel your order online, before the product(s) inside the order has been shipped.  Applicable refund against the cancelled order will be credited to customer’s bank account after deducting transaction charges within 5 business days.
• In case, even a single product of the order has been shipped, will not be able to cancel the order.
• Kidss Talk does not accept any returns / cancellation or exchanges because you don’t like the product.
