Sometimes you may shop the wrong product, and that’s okay. We ensure hassle-free return, within 7 days from delivery. All you have to do is show us the invoice, and ensure the product is undamaged, and in sellable condition.
- We only exchange products and do not refund in case the customer doesn’t like the product(s).
- Items on sale are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange.
- A product can be exchanged only ONCE through the course of an order.
- All exchange requests are subject to confirmation from our end towards the acceptance of the same.
- Further, you will be liable to ensure that the products return to us within 15 days from the date of the email confirmation from our end towards the acceptance. Should there be any delay in the return process from your end, we will cancel your return request.
- If there is any change in the size of the garments items being sent out and customer wants to exchange, difference in bill amount needs to be paid by the customer. (if applicable)
- Extra shipment charges of returning the old items to us and receiving new items should be borne by the customer only.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE:
- Original bill is required as proof to exchange the product.
- Exchange will be only within 7 days from delivery date.
- The purchased product must be unused and in same condition in the original packing.
- Exchange timing 12.00pm to 4.00pm.
Please Note: Certain products have a no return/exchange policy.
No exchange on Books, CD’s, Chinese toys, Feeding items, Mother Products ,Innerwear -kids & Mothers, Accessories & Footwear (Exchange only on subjected to Size Mismatch).

Toys
- No guarantee /warranty on Chinese toys, Ride on cars & bikes.
- Service is subject to availability of spare parts and it’s chargeable.
- In case of manufacturer warranty / guarantee, product will take minimum 7-10 working days for repair as the product has to be sent to the manufature’s place of service. Kidss Talk don’t provide spare product covering the same. Customers can directly contact the company’s customer care numbers which is available in warranty / guarantee cards.
- Kidss Talk is not responsible for any warranty /guarantee of any products.
We only pay for the return shipping costs if the reason for return is a result of our error (you have received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, etc.)
Steps to follow for exchange
- Kindly inform us within 3 days of delivery, for which the customer needs to e-mail us to kidsstalkmarketing @ gmail.com with their order number and product picture. Kindly share photo, video proof of the defect. The defect/damage should be clearly visible in the proof.
- Once the concerned team checks the description & confirms the damage/ incorrect product, an email confirmation will be sent to the customer regarding the approval of the exchange or return.
- The product must be packed in the same packaging before it is couriered by the customer to our billing address (mentioned below).
- Shipping / Reverse pick-up / Re-shipping charges for returned or exchanged items will be borne by the customer only.
- Once we receive the product(s), we will then inspect and check the physical product. We shall dispatch fresh / correct product, as per Kidss Talk policy.
- To be eligible for exchange, we must receive the product in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in its original packaging with tags intact.
- The product should be in unused, undamaged, unwashed, unassembled and original condition without any scratches or dents.
- It may take longer than usual time to ship the exchanged product.
- If replacement is being done due to damage issue, then only reported damages will be considered while QC Check.
